We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your external displays aren't working correctly when connected to your Mac. This issue is really a productivity killer for multi-monitor workflows. Is Apple aware of this issue and is anything being done to fix this? It has been many months. I've done the whole SMC, PRAM and adapter unplugging routine and there has been no change for me. On rare occasions, when I do switch the monitors off and back on, if lucky, I will be able enable to randomly enable 4K resolutions (but it seems to be lower refresh rates) on both monitors. However after updating it a couple of months ago to Big Sur, thats when everything went downhill - from low resolution outputs (1080p), to times where either one of monitors are not detectable. Previously with Catalina, everything was working flawlessly. My monitor setup is a dual 32" 4K (BenQ PD3220U) running daisy-chained through Thunderbolt 3 (Macbook>4K Monitor>4K Monitor). Hi all, hope everyone is well and safe! I would like to know if anyone else using the MBP 16" is still experiencing issues with External Monitors setups with Big Sur (11.2.3)?
